Since it is really a small dollar amount if the 60 million shares were sold at 5 cents for a public company, I think that the authorized shares should be increased to 150 million shares. That is still very low for an OTC or pink sheet stock. I guess that the company does not think that it will take a lot of funds to reach the point of raising funds through contractor financing. I understand but the company should have that option to raise for further growth if the stock price reaches at a much higher level for a stock issuance in orders have accelerated growth at some point.
