Lets face it there are a lot of costs associated with the staffing the office and it's expense. Trade shows and demo's to enhance the sales of all the products. Vehiclular expenses and other necessary assets. It doesn't take long to burn thru monies generated from sales. Thereby slowing down the dynamic strides the sales force is struggeling to produce. Let's face it. The great thing a bean counter does when he becomes CEO of a company with dropping income, is fire the sales force to save money. Just a real brilliant tactic rather than increaseing the sales force. It seems to be a theory to cut down on sales people to maintain your salary. The path was very clear when patricia and lorne were let go. Eric is the hob nob socialite of the company. He is and never has been a salesperson who is a closer. He can line em up but can't close the deal so there's no sale, no sale, no sale.
