you've gotta consider financing too, the stock isn't going down based on how operations are going, its going down solely from noteholders selling pressure.. perhaps they're just looking to get a good conversion price.... i'm fairly sure it'll spike up even if its just to create a market for noteholders.. and the 10Q would be a nice catalyst by showing low OS
