the big thing in that interview was when he talked about that you just cant show up at a government operations and say lets do business.....you have to go thru all the tedious qualification processes to get even a chance to do business with the feds.....SHOM has done all that , has those the ducks in a row, all those qualifications, etc. ....and is ready to get these government opportunities when they arise imo
