AEGY was suspended for fraud. It is factual and appropriate.

The SEC is only allowed to suspend trading for 10 days for one of two reasons. Fraud or delinquent filings. And the SEC suspension notice clearly states it was for fraud.

And the management of this supposedly misunderstood, yet model corporate citizen, is where exactly?
