But I can back it up. The SEC always describes the fraudulent activity that led to the suspension. Do you want examples of other suspended companies (suspended for the same reasons as AEGY) that led to civil and criminal convictions for fraud?

Read the SEC suspension notices. All the suspensions for fraud use the exact same terminology as AEGY's suspension.
