I think it is reasonable to say that after this last payment to IMF using IMF short term borrowed funds that Greece is officially broke and will not be able to repay debt due early next month.

Only three options remain:
1. accept EU terms
2. ask Russia for advance payment for gas pipeline
3. declare default.

IMO options 1 & 3 are losing ground, EU has been adding to terms as Greece has deliberately misrepresented state of talks claiming deal is near when just the opposite according EU officials. Default would clearly make things much worse.

No comments about option 2 in last couple of weeks. Why so quiet? Hmmmm. Is it possible Greece thinks it has ripped off the EU out of as much as possible and needs to find another sucker? IMO Greece would very much regret this option as Russia would be like borrowing money from the mob.
