It was very much mismanaged. I think they borrowed money from everyone and didn't care how it was paid back. They raped the shareholders while painting a pretty picture with no guilt. The thermometer was and still is amazing. I have one and both my daughters and are still using them on their kids. No problems with them at all. Just hate management put the screws to everyone.
