The financials for GEAR issued Friday are a joke. Listed 2.3 million in assets because of the issuance of 2.3 billion shares of company stock yet the outstanding share count hasn't changed from end Dec. 2013 to end Dec. 2014. Creative accounting is a wonderful thing!
Pretty difficult to issue 2.3 billion shares when you only have 600 million authorized.
