The Safe Harbor Statement on WOGI's PRs is just as meaningless as it is on any other stock that is not registered with the SEC. It will matter when/if WOGI moves up a tier, is audited, and starts filing on EDGAR. Until then, it is just a convoluted bit of reverse psychology, IMO.
