New filing Caragol puts common AND preferred TWO DAYS BEFORE 10Q into his offshore trust. I know some of you guys are going to want me go back a few years when those were created, and provide all the DD for you, but I can tell you that in those jurisdictions OTC stocks can be shorted without the margin requirements and relulations here in the States. Can any imagine that the CEO will be shorting his own company stock? Maybe sooner than you think if the 6 month waiting period doesn't apply.
