Surely then you can just mount a few million pressure washers to the side of the concrete structure then to move the mass of water? If you can't then you should realize your point is irrelevant.

When the water "drops" out the air warms, i.e. the reverse process happens and the air starts to go back up. It becomes turbulent. Which means air goes up and down and side to side and swirls and all its energy is wasted bumping into things and not "flowing" uniformly.

Please don't attempt to win an argument by rehashing the same statements over and over again just from other accounts.
