"Elliot" doesn't have control. He has a file folder, because he's sitting on high hopes for David Blech, who I think is still in Federal prison for manipulating this stock, another I forget, and XKEM.

There will never be a merger, because this company is worthless, and NOTHING, other than DEBT is tied to the assets, and, HELLO?? There ARE NO ASSETS, ergo worthless! Good heavens already..
