VirTra is a fairly cyclical business, as they utilize the milestone method to report revenue. The $11m in PO's announced from Q3 2014 will likely all hit this fiscal year, which is a 10% increase in revenue alone from 2014.

The settlement did not occur until April, and thus we won't know the financial implications of the agreement for three more months.

The increase in SG&A is a little concerning, but if it is a temporary hiring increase to meet future orders, production of Modern Round implementations/code, the ROI should be there.
