This is just an amateur opinion but I was wondering the same thing and came up with two possible reasons:
1)although I usually hate hearing this phrase on message boards, a lot of RCPI shares are owned in strong (large shareholder) hands and they are holding
2) it seems harder to flip now

Always interested in other opinions.
