It looks like Cubley is back to his old tricks of lying which is music to my ears to put him in JAIL for more LIES...

It looks like Cubley has not even filed his Entity Action for these new shares as he's suppose to by law, which he shows on proxy filing with SEC but nowhere to be seen in Nevada filings, see link below, no dates in 2015 for any actions.
