Same diatribe. In my humble opinion the verbiage is weak. Words from the new 10K.

Clinical trials
Development of proprietary technology
Targeting to market prototypes
Computer modeling
Design modifications
Technology have been temporarily suspended
We postponed the initiation of this additional equity raise...

Of course there were a couple of new patents mentioned.
