Dehnsum, when the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes a company's stock registration the stock can never trade again. The stock still exists in shareholders' accounts but as a number with no trading ticker.

Evcarco is no longer a public company.

If Evcarco decides to conduct business operations it will be as a private company.
