Haha! I was trying to appeal to my teenage daughter's rational side and show her all of the studies that say that being on devices before bed really changes your sleep patterns. She was convinced the best (and only) way she could get to sleep was watching Netflix on her phone.

Now on school nights she loses her phone at 9pm and can stay up as late as she wants doing other things - drawing, reading, etc. Rarely is she asleep later than 11pm now and still thinks her device had nothing to do with it. :)
