I honestly don't know what the angle is here. I've never actually called it a scam because as far as I can tell, no one is making a living by selling stock. Tom Hands claims this is his only client. Clearly he has another form of income or he would have starved to death a long time ago. It's almost like this is a back burner project and they never find enough time to do anything with it.
