Sorry this is a very different company.
1. it is a real company not just an empty shell
2. It is correctly reporting, having announced its First Quarter results, and not late or not filed because the results are nonexistent
3. It has a Management Team covering all the functions involved in running a company
4. It has solutions, customers & revenues instead of just intentions & unfulfilled promises.
