You said, correctly : "SKYC is connected with AIVI and they both went "dark" together."


That much is true. I inherited SKYC in an R/S operation, and then liked what I saw and "stocked up" a bit on SKYC.


I met you here, and because of our chance meeting, I also stocked up quite a lot on AIVI.


Although I have said this on the other Board, I will say it here : "Why did SKYC become a public stock company, WHICH NECESSARILY HAS REPORTING REQUIREMENTS, if only to COMPLETELY DISREGARD those requirements ?"


Obviously, neither Company currently needs access to capital from the American markets. Still, I must continue to ask, "[Then] why are they here ?"


After so many years, I feel disrespected, misled and frustrated. I say "misled" because the need to report was already evident before either Company FREELY CHOSE TO BECOME AN AMERICAN PUBLIC STOCK COMPANY.


There is legitimate cause for complaint here, but I remain patient. My only complaints are in these posts, to those unfortunate enough to read said posts.
