In my belief, Cubley doesn't have money but he is representing to increase 8 billion shares. ERFB credit to buy shares without a real money in open public trade is legal as a rule required. Example, you and 1 of your share partner who handling a landLLC worth $10 million (your value of share is $5 million). If your partner increase the share of landLLC to 10 million shares, your value will be just 1 dollar and the landLLc value is $9,999,999.00. This landLLC value will be able to loan at any bank up to 80% to start again in square one.
