Hello my friend, with all due respect, I don't agree...

1. Cubley used ERFB credit to buy his 8 billion shares?

No way in hell...he doesn't even have the $$ to file a 10Q and the Arizona lenders specifically stated the money to be used to pay off old debt, I also believe they cut Cubley off the remaining credit b/c we have not heard about the remaining balance left. Also, Cubley stated in a legal document SEC filing that he needs 4 billion shares to pay off remaining debt, any other actions he takes other what was stated is a criminal act which I will notify all the authorities, he knows that too...so I do hope he does something else so I can put him in JAIL.

Just do the math: he has 5.9M debt, divided by 4 billion shares equals .001475 stock price to pay these people off and I'm not even factoring interest on top of that debt every month. The other 4 billion shares he needs to find a sucker lender and no lender will touch a POS EMPTY SHELL with a price stuck at current prices.

And as far as reverse split: SEC/FINRA will not approve another split, he's done, that's why he's trying to increase the outstanding shares, his last resort before the ship sinks in the bottom of the ocean.

I hope this helps but get active by complaining to all the authorities....let your satisfaction be to put this FAT AZZ CUBLEY & all involved in JAIL for their 10 year plus CRIME!! it's so easy.....people who got duped by Cubley are probably embarrassed to do this but this is the only way to put these kinds of SCUMS away for good so they don't hurt other innocent victims......get to work!!
