Well put. The more informed people are when they look at this stock and understand what you are saying, and others, the hope is that more and more people will become aware that what they are doing, though legal, as you say, is no more ethical than lying and stealing from people.

If the SEC is crying "lack of funding" then they could fix that by attacking many of these "companies" and issuing fines and impounding assets. That would swell their funds nicely. Especially if they took the ill-gotten gain money from the exec who stole from the shareholders.

Maybe they will not always be able to "achieve their goals" which is to keep their high paying jobs, and in the future people will not continue to enable them to do so.
