I like your theory. Perhaps the Aussies are planning to do something with AMDL Diagnostics. I don't know what that would be since AMDL has no assets but they can operate AMDL without resurrecting Radient. AMDL has no debt and no bothersome shareholders.

Maybe Charter will try to market a package deal in the US for his saliva test - the IP (unprotected but still IP), some lab equipment, a US corporation with an active status, and this website:

I think Brown just has a hobby of creating and collecting domain names. He has 400 of them? Looks like he never does anything with any of them but a man needs a hobby. So I think that if the Aussies try to market the saliva test they will use the www.cst.ac site, not the AMDL site.
