As of March 31st, Tang had 19M worth of common shares. In the month and a half since they have sold 12M shares. Realistically, if the selling stays at the same rate, we're about a month out from the Tang selling being completed. Plenty of time for those shorts to exit without being burnt. Just this timing alone makes for a good short term trade at the right price.
