That was an ugly quarter, the extension of open enrollment had a much bigger impact on STM sales than I expected. About the only bright spot was the gross margin improvement YoY and over Q4 2014. That's about it, other than that it was simply a poor quarter. They didn't help on the CC by refusing to give any sort of #'s on future guidance, the appearance of evasion rarely plays well. Gonna be a bloody day.
