Yes. When filing unaudited financials they have to also file an attorney letter. They didn't do that. My hope is their reason is that they are so close to finishing their audited financials that they opted not to file the attorney letter. Fyi letter was due 4/30. Q1 is due tomorrow so our question should be answered very shortly.
