I still do not sleep well. Never have. It is better if I exercise during the day and especially during the evening.
I would nap if I were not working full time. I have just learned to deal with it.
Unfortunately, one of the things the experts say to avoid before bed time is computer work or computer gaming things that require close attention and concentration. :)
If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
