Calm before the dum..., err collapse.

Secretary of State, Nevada
Bourque Industries
Business ID: NV19781004535
Business License Exp: 6/30/2015

File Date: 6/12/2014
Previous Shares: 500,000,000
Previous Series A Convertible Preferred 100,000,000
New Shares: 1,000,000,000
New Series A Convertible Preferred 200,000,000

Question: Does Rule 144 apply to those 500,000,000 shares created on June 12, 2014?

If so, will there be a 12 month hold before restrictions are lifted.

Just thinking of a reason for the lack of volume.

On June 12, 2015 (June 12, 2014 + 1 year, being 4 weeks from now) will the average volume of 443,840 spike in response to those newly half billion BORKs becoming tradable?

Based on the history of the officers of Bourque Industries to monetise BORKs using the objectionable behavior of issuing "shares for services" we can expect that by June 12, 2015 all of these half billion BORKs will have left the ownership of Bourque Industries into the hands of corruption, and be dumped.

If so expect BORK's pps to become sub sub penny.

The logic behind this seemingly stupid activity has bases in Kryron being a hoax.

Will June 12, 2015 be the day Bourque Industries music (dog & pony show) blares to "It's one louder."

"Up to eleven" or "It's one louder, isn't it." is an idiom coined in the movie, This Is Spinal Tap.

... an amplifier whose volume knob is marked from zero to eleven, instead of the usual zero to ten. The phrase has come to refer to anything being exploited to its utmost abilities, the act of taking something to an extreme.
