On the other hand,besides possible business failure, there may be some other possibly fatal bumps in the road. Such as:
1. The U.S. FDA, with which Yates had a prior health claim related run-in.
2. Also, the FDA's Canadian and Mexican counterparts that might exercise new scrutiny.
3. The U.S. DOL, which permanently barred Yates from acting as a fiduciary.
4. The SEC that might respond to a whistle-blowers complaints about PLSB's paid-for pumpers.
