Yeah that is pretty Spot On I think. I figured this out when I wanted to SHORT a .09 Stock long ago and found out I needed $1.00 to $2.50 per share as a type of "Insurance" to do so.... And it was not very legal from USA... So that shut that down and I do not believe there is very much short volume at all on smaller stocks like this... I mean there would be better candidates to short than a .0001 stock wink
