My Take on the show last night
1rst they sent Jax home, I was indifferent to that to be honest. As I though the right two were left standing, but can't say I felt too strongly on what the right 2 was one way or the other.
1rst round
Clark- Sang his best I thought that performance was great. Maybe even better then the 1rst time he did it. Grade A
Nick- I thought he was rock solid. I liked it. But it did pale in comparson to clark 1rst performance. Grade B
Round 1 Clark wins.
2nd Round
Clark- I didn't love that performance. Don't get me wrong he was good in a lot of parts. But in a few parts I felt he crossed the line between power, and shouting. Grade B-
Nick- Liked this song for him, he did a very good job. He hit one bumb note, but other then that solid for that whole song. Grade B+
Round 2 Nick won in my opinion.
3rd Round
The original songs.
Clark- Didn't like his song, and he didn't sing it well in my opinion as there were plenty of pitch issues. Grade C-
Nick- Loved the song, love the way he sang it and performed it. Grade A
Nick won round 3 in a landslide in my opinion.
If I go by last night Nick won. Clark has a better voice, but Nick has been doing better of late and lasr night he won this night in my opinion.
