I'm sure the cd holders are livid that we are at no bid and now they cant sell shares to get their money back, I'm sure Barron's plan is to issue a NT-10q Monday or there abouts then just never file again to go into a non reporting pinky then just disappear as one CD holder soon will own all of the companies assets (all the train cars) as that was a condition of one of the loans... Or once a non reporting pinky Barron will just do a massive reverse split to try to get the pps up and get a bid so cd holders can sell away back to no-bid... The company IMO is now dead, do the only reason to keep the company going would be to pay back cd holders and to keep trying to get a salary...

I'm not even convinced the last 500,000,000 dumped into the float was cd holders, but might have been Barron himself trying to drum up $10,000 to $12,000 to keep the lights on for just one more month..
