Little more tidbit of EcoCrap history: in 2010 The Conman hooked up with Lowes, ran a massive pump and dump promo, Think that's when it hit $1.50 range and then never told anybody that Lowes told the ConMan to get his crap off of their lawn too. completely burned everybody as, in short time it was .10 cents again.

Well, burned everybody except his paycheck and toxics multi-scam dump bag. How ya thunks it dropped so fast? Toxic burn! Just like today.

Accordingly, total common share equivalents of 187.2 billion were excluded in the computation of diluted net loss per share for the three and six months ended December 31, 2014,
