Why is Radient on the list?

Because the list is just a generic list of companies that said in the past 12 months in an SEC filing "We are in financial trouble."

Radient's SEC filing for share revocation was in July 2014. Radient will appear on this list until at least July 2015. Probably longer since I doubt this author checks every company every Tuesday to see how healthy they are and removes companies that stopped filing with the SEC.
