Report: Tiger Woods admitted to affair prior to split with Lindsey Vonn

While Tiger Woods continues to struggle to regain his golf form of old, his personal life seems to be equally unsteady.
According to a story posted Tuesday by London's Daily Mail, the recent breakup between Woods and girlfriend Lindsey Vonn came after the golf star admitted to cheating on her. The couple had been in a relationship for three years prior to the split, which made headlines entering the start of The Players last week.
Woods, 39, had his image blemished and his marriage to former swimsuit model Elin Nordegren ended after a string of extramarrital affairs came to light following a domestic issue in November of 2009.
He eventually admitted to the affairs and entered treatment for sex addiction.
On the course, Woods has never fully regained his form, possibly due in part to the off-the-course distractions, as well as several injuries. He matched his second-worst score at the TPC Sawgrass Players Stadium Course over the weekend with a 3-over-par 291.
Woods hasn't won a major since 2008.
