Always poor practice to take the CEO's word for it IMO.

Also, its not fair to throw inspection ready companies in the pile of all the MMPR applicants. Its apples and oranges.

There are only a few inspection ready companies that are "competing" for an inspection.

Its wrong to think that the inspectors are rummaging through initial applications and security checks.

Its called delegation of work.The inspection ready companies are put in a category separate to all the others.
