A much higher price move, can and will happen sooner and fairly quickly,given the soon expected Fed changes in rates, which is always very bullish for banks; and BAC's low share price and, most importantly, the 'buying 'herd instinct' dynamic that happens when mutual fund managers start buying as they build the financial side of their portfolios.
This 'herd' analyst buying is a powerful positive happening and that makes $30. easily obtainable, and will happen, imo. Sen it so many times over the years. Today's prices are a steal, imo, while other banks are much higher.
