ENTI. Latest email to a lone shareholder from Hudson explaining what's going on.

"I hope this e-mail finds you well. While I no longer serve as an officer
or director of ENTI/Osceola Gold, I remain as an advisor to the board of
directors through the conclusion of the effectiveness of the FINRA review
process and OTC Markets' report submission process.

Mike and I determined some while ago that ENTI's shareholders required a
better value and the immediate development of the company by a qualified
group of individuals who could demonstrate an active plan of operations.
(Some months ago, Mike and I resigned ourselves to the fact that our
business interests changed, and, therefore, it was necessary for us to
locate a suitable business combination for ENTI - and most of the other
companies in our group - in order to facilitate shareholder value and
growth in ENTI and the other companies.

The reorganization of ENTI and subsequent share exchange/merger with
Osceola Gold (which has already been agreed to) is expected to become
effective on or about 22 May. Clearly, following the effectiveness of
those certain corporate actions, Osceola Gold will, for the most part,
succeed to National Properties Trust (ENTI), and, following the conclusion
of the FINRA review process, be a public company; although, I believe the
symbol will change from ENTI to another symbol, the choice of which was Mr.
Tarquinio's (subject to FINRA approval).

Beyond the statements in this e-mail, I am not at liberty to further
discuss Osceola's plan of operations or its intentions as to its
shareholders, as that information, at present, is non-public.
