The problem with you Chris, is you can't seem to stay on topic. We weren't discussing "the big picture". We were discussing the WHITE psychotic killer cop of Freddie Gray....not the other five who were also involved. We weren't discussing the inherent problems of inner cities like Baltimore... we were discussing the killer cop named Brian Rice.
