*Stock is currently selling at a 10% discount to BV.

And the reason it sells at a discount is because earnings continue their unimpressive ways. This bank is going nowhere fast. .01 EPS for the 1st Qtr is nothing to write home about.

ROA and ROE are considerably below the national average for banks of this size.
