Just the fact that they have applied for the License from Health Canada and have not received it as of this date is enough Notoriety to drive the price down.

This does not necessarily mean that they will not receive the License.

The best thing about ATTBF is how many subsidiaries they own or have purchased to make money either immediately or Down the Road.
