I disagree..at this point ..no news is the best news you can have... This is a battle of attrition now. The government and their "so called investigation" and FSPM. Statue of limitations or NFC (no charges filed) is what we are waiting on now. It has been, what, a year or almost a year and no charges yet.. It seems the only way the government charges something is if Dittmann and company get out front and dig their own graves by providing info that the investigators may need to make a case. So far they have zilch. If it takes another year or even two, the case will get dropped eventually. I know that this probably doesn't fit into your time frame, but, for me, I have so much invested, I'm waiting until the bitter end. I have the time and have other funds.. I can afford to wait.

P.S. If the government had a case (even a sliver of a chance at bringing charges), FSPM would be charged by now. The silence from the government tells you more about the situation than the silence from Dittmann.
