That "buy" for 25Ks at 7s is a smokescreen by Chens, it is their typical strategy, first they take out every legit bid, typically dump up to a million shares when they can, price start to implode, then they turn around and buy 10-20Ks of shares at ask. 25ks is an absolute maximum they buy at ask, no more. That is how they work these scams. There are hardly any legit bids outside of their circles of goons, otherwise they would have taken them out long time ago. All those "bids" at 5s are Chen's and his "affiliates", that is why Chen doesn't touch them, however, in the past he screwed some of his "promoters" too. AGAIN TNKE IS NOTHING MORE BUT A VERIFIED DILUTING SCAM RUN BY BASILIO CHEN AND HIS SONS. What kind of person would involve his kids in criminal activities? imo
