Not much left after debts.. ouch

American Eagle Energy (NYSEMKT:AMZG) -42.8% premarket after filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after missing an interest payment to bondholders.

AMZG listed assets of $221.8M and debts of $215.2M in the chapter 11 petition in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Denver.
