So an UNNAMED investor has already been promised an UNSPECIFIED number of UNREGISTERED shares in the as-yet UNLISTED RIGH subsidiary- Genius Biotech.
In sub-sub-penny land, this is probably already a controlling interest... if Genius Biotech ever even gets to market.
