Rain, as soon as the 10k is filed, the chance of a lifetime will be given to a number of smart investors. Limited quantity will be available under a penny imho. If u are one of the lucky ones to pick up a few million under a penny you just won a small lottery.

U figure at most 50M shares to be dumped by noteholders, and imho over 80M shares waiting to be bought by many big groups. Obviously the math comes out to be +30M on the buy side.

So we can even end up green on a 50million dilution day!!!! Then we are off to the races.....

No dilution for at least a few months according to the filings and ORGANIC TRADING in that time frame.

Plus imho with 3 MJ labs ready to open all by September, we have a handful of updates(PRs) to start flying our way.

As dolphin said, .06is definitely in the cards by June 30 or before.
