The book value is zero- I believe. Believing the book value from going on two years ago after an ownership change, no known business model etc is silly. Goodwill alone is a total joke knowing there doesn't appear to be an ongoing business. Anyone who buys a stock where the most recent data is going on years ago and believes goodwill from a company without an ongoing business where it is currently no bid where there are billions of shares where there would need to be trillions of shares accounting for the preferred convertibles is really funny. Go to Vegas - odds are better.
